Premier Carts Inc offers this Site, including all information, tools and services available from this platform to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of our Terms of Service (click here for our full Terms of Service), as well as our full Privacy Policy, which is outlined on this page. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, transmit, store, and protect information in order to operate this Site on farmers2freezers.com. In summary, we collect limited personal information to operate the Site and do not sell personal data.
All Site Users
- Data Collected: Any users may submit their name, phone, email, contact preference, and comments through the Contact Us and Contact Producer forms on the site. Users may send an email to the site email address displayed on this page.
- Data Use: Form submission information is processed and emailed to us and possibly to the specified producer if submitting a Contact Producer form.
- Data Retention: User submitted data is retained by third party service providers for a limited time. Our business email is preserved and eventually archived. Data tables are preserved for a year and then older data is deleted quarterly.
- Data Sharing / Disclosure: We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. We may share or transfer any collected user information in the event the Site is acquired, merged, transferred to another business entity.
- Site Cookie: Our Site hosting provider utilizes a basic domain cookie to collect technical, non-personally identifiable information includes your IP address, device, browser type, site pages visited, referral sources, time stamps, etc. to potentially track user sessions, maintaining security, and to store any user preferences while navigating the Site. We do not currently utilize these features.
- Site Analytics: Like most websites, we utilize analytic tools by Google which collects non-personal data through cookies on our site. This information includes your IP address, device, browser type, pages visited, time spent, etc. to help us understand basic user and traffic information to improve the Site.
- Consent: Anytime you provide us with personal information on the Site through a Contact Producer or Contact Us form, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason. If we create an opt-in marketing list we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to opt-out.
- Age of Consent: The Site is open to the public. The content is designed to be appropriate for all ages, but the Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected any underage personal information, we will delete it. Unless notified by the user, we assume all interactions on our Site are with persons who are of the age of consent.
- International Users: The Site is directed to U.S. users. If you access from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to/processed in the U.S., where privacy laws differ. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer.

- Governing Law: This Privacy Policy along with our full Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas and the exclusive venue shall be a court of competent jurisdiction located in the state of Kansas.
Producers
- Data Collected: Name, business name, address, phone, email, website/social links, maps approval, logo, photos, business descriptions, promotional materials, documents, payment links, etc. Information can be sent by email or uploaded and sent through our online forms.
- Data Use: All data is used to create and publish producer listings. All contact information is used to communicate any site updates, to communicate site support, and to communicate any user contact requests.
- Data Retention: All producer data and communications are stored while the producer has an active subscription. Producer table data, subscription, and payment history are periodically backed up and archived. All business data is kept for an indefinite amount of time.
- Data Sharing / Disclosure: We may disclose your subscription, business or listing information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. We may share or transfer any collected subscription, business and listing information in the event the Site is acquired, merged, transferred to another business entity.
- Consent: When producers subscribe or enroll in our directory, we imply that all information provided is available to be published on our Site.
- Changes: Producers may contact us to remove certain information from their published listing at any time.
- Required Information: Farmers2Freezers does require that producers provide us with their current and relevant contact information for name, address, phone, email even if it is requested to not be displayed or published on their listing.
- Payments: The Site subscriptions and payments from producers are processed and stored by Stripe.
