Farmers2Freezers – Terms of Service
OVERVIEW
The farmers2freezers.com (the "Site") is operated by Premier Carts Inc. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Premier Carts Inc. Premier Carts Inc offers this Site, including all information, tools and services available from this platform to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Farmers2Freezers (the "Site") is a simple searchable directory of producers offering to sell animal shares directly to consumers. The purpose of the Site is to connect consumers with producers via searchable listings (by state, city, county, species, and raising/welfare practices). The producers are typically livestock farmers and ranchers, but also includes some custom or licensed meat processors providing the slaughter and butchering of the animals.
Full Terms of Service Agreement:
All Site Users
- Acceptance: By accessing or using farmers2freezers.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (click here for Privacy Policy). If you do not agree with all or any part of these terms, you may not use the Site.
- Limitations: The Site is provided "as is" without any warranty either expressed or implied.
- Severability: In the event any provision of this Agreement is determined to be void or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the remainder of this Agreement, which shall continue to be in force.
- No Waiver: No failure by any party to insist upon the strict performance of any covenant, duty, agreement or condition of this Agreement or to exercise any right or remedy consequent upon a breach thereof shall constitute a waiver of any such breach or any other covenant, duty, agreement or condition.
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties hereto and supersedes all prior representations. Premier Carts Inc will not be bound by, hereby objects to, and rejects, any additional provisions or any provision that is at variance with these Terms of Service.
- Indemnification: Any user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Site and its officers, directors, and employees from any claim or demand (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas and the exclusive venue shall be a court of competent jurisdiction located in the state of Kansas.
- Intellectual Property: The Site design, logo, and all original content created on farmers2freezers.com is the property of Premier Carts Inc. Producers retain ownership of their own listings content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote their listing on the Site and our social media channels.
- Changes to Terms: This Agreement may be modified or amended at any time, at our sole discretion, by posting updates and changes to the Site on this web page. It is your responsibility to check the Site periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Producer Listings
- Producer Accounts: Are available on the Site only to legitimate U.S. farmers/ranchers or properly licensed meat processors.
- Subscription Terms: The Standard Plan on the Site is an annual subscription to host your listing for 12 months. The standard plan consists of what you provide to us on our Get Listed page form submission. Subscriptions will renew yearly until cancelled.
- Subscription Lapses: Failure to renew subscriptions will result in producer listings being made inactive and removed from our active list on the Site.
- Pricing Terms: Our pricing is designed to be transparent, reasonable, and feasible for both parties. We reserve the right to change our subscription and/or content enhancement/change fees if deemed necessary.
- Enhanced Listings: A producer can enhance their listing by supplying extra rich text content to be added to their listing page at any time. There is a one time charge to create the enhanced listing from producer supplied content. Some content limitations may apply.
- Content Changes: A producer can request changes to be made to either their standard or enhanced listing content at any time. There are content change fees depending on the extent of changes.
- Payment Terms: Annual subscriptions for the Site are pre-paid by credit card. If a producer is invoiced either by mail or email, the payment is due upon receipt. Subscriptions, Enhancements, and any change fees are non-refundable.
- Certified Practices: Producers indicating certified practices by some third party provider will need to email proof of certification. Failure to provide proof will result in removal of any content from the Certified field.
- Indemnification: Producers agree to indemnify the Site against claims arising from their listings or transactions.
- License to Display: Producers grant us royalty-free license to display and promote their listing (photos, descriptions, links, contact info) in our directory as well as on any promotional content used to advertise t and/or posts on social media.
- Content Guidelines: Producers must provide accurate, up-to-date information and comply with all applicable laws.
- Content Moderation: Farmers2Freezers reserves the right to approve, edit, or remove content on the Site at our discretion.
- Content Removal: Farmers2Freezers reserves the right to cancel or remove listings from the Site at our discretion.
- Prohibited Content: False/misleading claims, illegal activities, and infringement of rights are prohibited
- Acceptable Use: Producers may not spam, misuse, or harass any user or other producer on the Site.
Key User/Consumer Disclaimers
- No vetting or Endorsement: We do not verify, investigate, or endorse any listed producers, their practices, products, or claims (including any farming practices stated). Listings are user-submitted and provided "as is".
- No Involvement in Transactions: The Site facilitates connections only. We are not a party to any agreements, sales, or transactions between producers and consumers. All transactions occur directly between users off the Site.
- No Liability for Transactions: We are not responsible for product quality, safety, delivery, payment disputes, or any issues arising from transactions (e.g., food-borne illness, misrepresentation, non-delivery).
- User Responsibility: Consumers must conduct their own due diligence. Producers are solely responsible for their products and compliance with laws.
Prohibited Use
- The use the Site for any unlawful purpose is prohibited,
- The impersonation of any person or entity on this Site is prohibited.
- Any attempt to scrape, spider, or harvest data from the Site is prohibited.
- Any attempt to interfere, infect, change, or tamper with the operation of the Site is prohibited.
